Cold sweat trickled down the forehead of the man in green. He held his breath, terrified that the sharp point pressed against his throat would pierce his skin. He swallowed hard, his voice tight with fear, and stammered, "W-what do you want?"
"Pay the shopkeeper for what you broke, then get out of my sight," Hao'er stated icily, his gaze unwavering.
"Fine!" the man gritted out through clenched teeth. He fumbled for his cosmos sack, pulled it out, and tossed it roughly towards the shopkeeper. "This should be more than enough!"
The shopkeeper deftly caught the sack, quickly opened it, extracted the crystal stones equivalent to the cost of the spilled spirit wine, and handed the remaining stones back to the trembling man. "Haha, yes, it's more than enough. There's even some extra."
Seeing the payment settled, Hao'er finally retracted his sword, sheathing it behind his back with a fluid motion. "Get lost!" he commanded, his voice carrying an undeniable authority.
