Tea party host—"Rose Crown" Lianna?

And it's a large tea party.
A tea party sounds like a group of witches gathering to drink tea and chat idly, and in fact... it is indeed so.
However, the status of the tea party in the Southern Domain Wizard World is by no means low. In fact, in various witcher organizations' considerations, the tea party is much more important than any novice contest, even comparable to Crown Star Church's Starwatch Day.
At the tea party, most witch organizations in the Southern Domain gather together, using the tea party to exchange information with witches as the focal point.
