The next day Jessica took a break from shooting and row one allowed it as it was because of him that she wouldn't wake up as they were doing it till 4 am.
But it still didn't slow down the shooting progress at the rest of the true world on their top shape for the next 2 months Rohan continue to shoot the movie while also helping Jessica and Kate whenever they had doubts about the script. Both the girls new about each other but didn't try to one up the one other as the couldn't keep up with Rowan.
The shooting would have ended earlier but because Rowan took break from the shooting movie from time to time due to some circumstances such as buying the STARZ channel for $120 million and buying 51% of Dick Clark Productions for $70 million and buying Marvel for $100 million. And the release of his movies "This man is from earth" and "Paranormal Activity"

On January 25th 1998, Park City, Utah. Rowan, his assistant Emma, Mary Acker came to attend the closing ceremony of the Sundance festival because Mary told him that his movie "This Man is From Earth" was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience award and his chances of winning were 50-50 in both cases. The only movie against which he may lose it to was Marc Levin's "Slam" and Chris Eyre's "Smoke Signals" from what Rowan had heard both his and Marc Levin's movie were highly praised by critics but his movie was also liked by audience though "Smoke signals" was a coming-of-age comedy-drama and Haas much larger audience so Rowan didn't believe that there was a 50-50 chance of him winning against it. But still here they are waiting to see if they could win the award.
When row one enter the red carpet wearing the full grey suit, the cameras started flashing and the reporters started flocking him.
"Mr. Rowan how do you feel about your nomination for the grand jury award." one of the reporters asked
"I am still not sure how I was able to get the nomination but all I can say is thank you to everyone who liked my movie just getting this nomination for my first movie is a great recognition for me." Rowan stated
"Mr. Stark what can you tell me about Mask of Zorro that is going to be released this year" another reporter asked
"Well it was the first movie in which I was the male leads of it's pretty closed to me and the action scenes that were designed with the help of the action team I hope that everyone loves it."
"Mr Stark" "Rowan " the reporters keep calling him out but Rowan didn't stand there any longer as he knew he can't hog all the spotlight.
When the award ceremony started, Rowan sat beside Mary and Emma.
"I heard that Marc levin had been trying to increase the attention on his movie. It looks like he sees us as threats." Mary stated
"Well only if his movie wins the grand jury award can he sell it for profit so I can understand his desperation." Rowan stated
"What about you? I know you planned to release this movie directly in the videotape market but with the exposure it has gotten from here so you still plan to do that." Mary asked
"We will have to wait and see right now it's getting this exposure because of me, if somehow it manages to win the award then I may release it in the movie theatre."
Mary also understood that Rowan doesn't want to change his plan easily and decided to wait and see.
The award ceremony started and the winners were announced one after another.
Smoke Signals won both The Filmmakers Trophy Dramatic and Audience Award Dramatic.
Meaning Rowan lost one of the chances to win an award but still there wasn't any frustration or disappointment on his face whenever the camera captured him.
Directing Award Dramatic was won by Darren Aronofsky for "Pi". Looking at him Rowan couldn't help but feel sorry for the guy as he robber his chance of winning the Oscar next year as "American Beauty" was the movie for which he would have won the Oscar but now Rowan is going to use it to knock on the doors of Oscar.
the next few awards were given one after another and then came the Grand Jury Prize Documentary for which "Frat House" and "The Farm: Angola, USA " both won in tie.
It wasn't the first time it has happened so there wasn't much shock when two documentaries were chosen for the Grand Jury award, as early as 1990 there Haas been aa tie in the Grand Jury award documentary and after that it has already happened quite a few times.
Robert Redford came on to the stage "This year is really a special year for us at Sundance as too many good films came this year so without further ado the Grand Jury Prize Dramatic goes to "Slam"
The moment Robert Redford called out the movie name Marc Levin and his team jumped from the seat and started celebrating, Mary shook her head but Rowan still had a smile on his face while clapping, though he did feel a tad bit disappointed he wouldn't let it show on his face.
But suddenly Robert interrupted the clapping and celebrations "Wait wait wait, I am not finished tied with Slam for the Grand Jury Prize Dramatic "This Man is from Earth"
The moment Robert Redford said that Mary and Emma jumped in excitement and hurriedly hugged Rowan who was sitting on his seat in surprise.
"What are you doing go go and get your award" Mary said as she pushed Rowan towards the stage and he started to walk towards it. On the stage Rowan shook hands with Marc Levine and Robert Redford.
"Great job young man, I knew you were a talented one, but I didn't think your talent would shine in the field of Director as well"
"Thank you Robert! Your suggestion back then really helped me during the shooting of this movie" Rowan said to which Robert smiled and patted his back.
After Marc Levine gave his thank you speech he handed the mic to Rowan.
"Wow I never thought I would be here on this stage so early" Rowan joked causing the audience to chuckle
"Well first I want to thank the Jury for choosing me for this award, I didn't really think I would be able to win this award, so my surprise when Rowan announced my movie was real. Thank You Mary for supporting my idea of making this movie, and the production crew who taught a young man like me about the important things one needs to learn for directing. I will make sure that my next movie is even better than this one so as to not disappoint the audience and the jury's trust one me."
