As Lin Qiao walked into the room, Gu Xin Ye was seen downing another glass while Shen Yi Nian was staring at her phone with a dazed look in her eyes.
She stood at the door briefly to watch the situation before walking over to her seat.
"Nian Nian?" Lin Qiao tapped her friend's shoulder, making her look at her. "What's wrong? You have been staring at your phone."
Shen Yi Nian stared at Lin Qiao for a few seconds before leaning over to grab her hand. "Qiao Qiao, tell me… do you think Li Jin Xuan is playing tricks on me?"
"Ah?" Lin Qiao was surprised at her friend's sudden question. After all, Shen Yi Nian has been avoiding the topic of her new boyfriend each time they try to find out details about their relationship.
