To be honest, speaking with Roland Gale was tremendously stressful.
Although I had long known that those rebels were a great peril and a scourge upon the people, now our understanding of this has deepened significantly.
These leaders who guide their people to struggle for survival under the "Shepherd" are, in every aspect, pushing the limits of what humans can achieve. Their courage is so noteworthy that even Visca and Pandora would take notice. Despite these leaders not necessarily being benevolent, and some being ambitious aggressors and reckless tyrants, the sacrifices they made for their own steadfast beliefs were nonetheless astonishing.
I don't know if old man Roland Gale was trying to increase his own bargaining chips by giving us this heavy responsibility, perhaps just stating the facts as he said, but at that moment, I truly felt an immense pressure.
