This Arcane tower, although already on land, feels as if it is still at the bottom of the ocean, through the windows one can see the deep sea scenery outside.
Some deep-sea creatures seem to disregard this Arcane tower as if it doesn't exist at all, what's more bizarre is that the Arcane tower seems like a giant submarine wandering in the underwater world.
