Chapter 42 - When Powers Collide

Chapter 42: When Powers Collide

On Gaia, King Vladimir and his Djinn Viluz were immersed in their training, determined to become stronger. "We couldn't be strong enough to fight Gods in this training Viluz. We must try to follow brother to the Wasteland," Vladimir told Viluz, his voice filled with conviction.

Viluz nodded in agreement. "You're right Vlady, but how are we going to go there?" Vladimir's eyes sparkled with determination. "There is already a portal on Earth created by Zion and the Archadians which is connected to the Forbes Wasteland. We can make use of that one to transport there, and we can also ask mother to cast the Moon forbidden spell for us."

Viluz considered the plan. "That's a good idea Vlady, we'll do the plan B if plan A won't work. We should ask your mother first before we visit Earth." King Vladimir went to Lara's room, knocking on the door. "Mother? Are you there?" he asked, his voice filled with anticipation.

Lara's gentle voice replied, "Yes son, I'm here. I'm just about to help the Stanforce to seek for the lost Djinns." Vladimir's determination grew. "Uhmm... Mother, can I ask you something?" he asked, his eyes locked on hers.

Lara's expression softened. "Of course my son, what is it?" Vladimir took a deep breath. "Please allow me to go to the Forbes Wasteland for my training. I need to become a lot stronger like brother. I want to help him for his training and for my own benefit as well."

Lara thought for a moment, her eyes filled with a mix of concern and pride. She decided to grant Vladimir's request. "You have grown strong without my guidance my son. You could be a great help to your brother to defeat those Titans. I allow you to follow him. I believe in you both. Please return safely my son."

With Lara's permission, Vladimir's excitement grew. They went to the secret room, and Lara cast the Lunar Way spell. King Vladimir was transported successfully to the Forbes Wasteland. He searched for his brother, his determination driving him forward.

Meanwhile, the Stanforce continued their mission to find the four lost Djinns on Gaia. Valkyrie and DragonKnight searched from the sky, Crescent and Gregeel sought in the mountains and oceans, and Adeath searched from town to town. DragonKnight spotted one of the Djinns flying near them and they chased him. He was a Dragon Djinn, and the bearer of the Carnelian gem, symbolizing courage and strength.

As DragonKnight closed in, the Djinn retaliated with a Flamethrower, narrowly missing DragonKnight. "I think I can tame him Valkyrie. He will be my new dragon pet," DragonKnight said, his confidence growing. Valkyrie nodded, her eyes fixed on the Djinn. "Let's see if you can catch him DragonKnight."

The battle was intense, with the Djinn unleashing powerful attacks. But DragonKnight's skills and determination paid off, and he eventually trapped the Djinn. The Djinn calmed down, and DragonKnight activated his Dragon Armor Mode, flames raging from his armor. The Djinn was convinced to unite with DragonKnight, and the Carnelian gem formed on the center of his gauntlet.

"I'll call you Drake from now on. Welcome to your home my partner," DragonKnight welcomed Drake, his voice filled with excitement. Drake's response was immediate. "I'm glad to be here with you Master. I will make you even stronger." DragonKnight returned to Valkyrie, showing her the Carnelian gem. Valkyrie's eyes widened in amazement.

On the other hand, Crescent and Gregeel were searching through the mountains and oceans. Crescent noticed something underwater and cast the Moon Tidal Magic to lower the depth of the water. She found a Djinn hiding, and the Djinn swam away. Crescent cornered her, but instead of attacking, she gently approached the Djinn and cuddled her. The Djinn's fear dissipated, and she united with Crescent, forming the Divine Opal gem on the center of her gauntlet, symbolizing purity and wisdom.

"You don't have to be scared anymore, Luna," Crescent named her Djinn, her voice soothing. Luna's response was filled with gratitude. "I thought I'm going to die Master. I'm so scared. Our planet was destroyed but I'm really happy to be with you." Crescent smiled, her bond with Luna growing stronger.

Crescent and Luna's bond grew stronger as they explored the ocean's depths. Luna's Moon-attuned powers illuminated the dark waters, and Crescent used her magic to heal injured sea creatures. Luna assisted, using her powers to purify the water. The sea creatures swam away, healthy and vibrant, and Crescent smiled at Luna. "You're a natural healer, Luna."

Luna blushed, her expression pleased. "Thanks, Master. I just want to help." Crescent's bond with Luna deepened, and she realized that their partnership was not just about combat, but about compassion and care.

As they explored, Crescent noticed a hidden cave beneath the ocean's surface. She swam towards it, Luna by her side. Inside the cave, they found a hidden treasure trove of pearls and precious gems. Luna's eyes widened in wonder. "Master, look! This is amazing!"

Crescent smiled, her eyes shining with excitement. "This is incredible, Luna. Let's explore more." Together, they discovered hidden wonders and secrets of the ocean, their bond growing stronger with each passing moment.

Meanwhile, Adeath discovered a Djinn following him. He activated his Blood Sensor Mode and cornered the Djinn. The Djinn united with Adeath, forming the Spinel gem on the center of his gauntlet, symbolizing creativity and playfulness.

"Welcome home, Agast," Adeath named his Djinn. Agast's response was pragmatic. "Lead me to my comrades. I don't want you to be my Master, but I think I can be comfortable here inside you, so it's better to hide inside a wizard's body. You can use my super spells if you find yourself in trouble."

Adeath nodded, understanding Agast's perspective. With the new alliance, Adeath returned to King Vladimir's palace, only to find out that Vladimir was not there. "Good Day Ms. Lara, Did you see King Vladimir?" Adeath asked, curiosity getting the better of him.

Lara's expression was serene. "He is on the Forbes Wasteland having his training with his brother Adeath. He said, you are tasked to lead Gaia while he was on his training." Adeath's eyes widened in understanding.

As the Stanforce members continued their journey, the atmosphere was filled with a sense of camaraderie and determination. Three of the four lost Djinns on Gaia had already been found, and the remaining one was within reach. The question was, would they find it before the Titans did?

The story unfolds, with Crescent and Luna's bond growing stronger, and the Stanforce's quest for the last Djinn reaching its climax.
