According to the description in the exchange list, this book will introduce everything someone needs to know about becoming a Transcendent Saint. However, this book is worth a hefty amount of purple cloud merit.
Afterward, Cao Sicong has to buy the preaching of a few Primordial Saints in order to find his own path. He does not know how many of these sermons he'll have to hear before he finds his path, but he knows it'll cost him a great deal.
Once he has a direction, Cao Sicong will have to buy a flawed method before modifying it, and that's assuming he can change it. If not, he'll have to buy one of those enlightened boosts from Heavenly Dao to help, and those cost almost an arm and a leg.
