Seber waited until only formal officers remained by his side before he asked Lieutenant Colonel Magash, "Weren't you guarding the Border Mountain City?"
"The threat has been removed." Lieutenant Colonel Magash hooked Seber's left arm, which was supporting the saber, and patted the latter's wrist: "Come, come inside and talk."
"Forget it, if we let him into the tent, he might think we're going to harm him." Colonel Skul stiffly stopped Magash.
The Colonel frowned, staring at the younger student, and asked, "What did Winters Montagne send you here to do?"
"First of all, I wasn't sent by him." Seber immediately corrected, and retorted: "What are you two counties doing combining forces for?"
"Oh, he sent you to gather military intelligence. Now that you've seen it all, go back and report to him."
With that, Skul coldly signaled Captain Luosong to see the guest out and turned to walk towards the command tent.
