The Two Old men were facing the questions from the other Forbidden Wizards and the elders. It's their responsibility to protect the team.
Yet they failed in their responsibilities. The bald-headed old man and the white haired old man had been prepared for the worst.
So they were not flustered by all these allegations. Instead, they began to make a strong case by arguing. They indeed encountered a terrific monster that attacked them.
Two of the Five Forbidden Wizards were beaten half to death. The Two Old men killed the middle-aged Forbidden Wizard. They didn't have a clue about the two female Forbidden Wizards a while ago.
But they have just come to learn that old women have kicked the bucket as well. They had seen her getting attacked by the terrific monster.
They thought it was the middle-aged Forbidden Wizard who was alive when they found him. But they are not going to confess the truth.
