The Heavenreach city was divided into multiple zones. First and foremost were the walls that served as the primary line of defense against monsters and demon beasts. Right behind the walls were military outposts consisting of barracks, watchtowers, and other defense and surveillance stations.
Most of the skilled knights and mages were stationed here to defend Heavenreach in case an attack was launched against the city. The military outpost then merged into what's now the rogue area—although previously, it was the first makeshift refugee camp before the current ones were built.
After the rogue area came the civilian area, consisting of normal schools, markets, houses, and such. Most of the people who had been transported to Heavenreach lived here. However, since there was a huge shortage of money, most of the houses were either empty or just rented rather than bought.
