"Are you sure you can take that thing on alone?" Akumi asked worriedly as he prepared himself to fend off the upcoming attack by the goblins.
"Yeah, no problem. I've dealt with one much bigger than this before," I said and dashed forward.
"Dark Edge," I said, releasing an arc of black energy which cleared out a group of goblins in one swipe, creating a way for me to reach the dragon.

'No, I don't want Akumi to see you now. I can handle this much,' I replied.
As I moved forward, the dragon seemed to have noticed me. It turned its head toward me and inhaled rapidly.
'Here it comes,' I thought to myself as I prepared for the upcoming attack.
It opened its mouth and out came a huge surge of flames that raced toward me hungrily, wanting to devour my entire existence. I instantly used elemental magic to create a wall of ice in front of me and dashed backward, preparing myself to launch an attack at the dragon.
