As usual, we took an escort Request to guard a caravan heading towards Asttol City before leaving Billgaw City.
This time, we were simply guarding a merchant family going there to do business.
It was just a simple family of four with the father, mother and a teenage son and younger daughter who travel together as a family to do business.
Unfortunately, they only had one wagon that was reserved for their goods and the family members so we had to escort them on foot which wasn't really a problem anyway since they had to move slowly from all the goods they were carrying in the wagon.
Apparently they came from Dolg Mining Town and were carrying rather expensive gold that they would be selling in Asttol City itself.
It was their first time trading such valuable stuff since they usually traded other stuff so instead of hiring several Mercenaries to protect them, they opted for a single, high quality group, as the father explained when I met him.
