A crab-like species known for their high intelligence, nearly rivalling the Galvin and high social ways of speaking.
They have large heads that take up most of their body. Two clawed arms sprouting from the sides of their heads. The size of both or one range from individual to individual. A second body segment, what could be called the torso, underneath their head, with (typically) six pointy legs for walking.
Cerebrocrustaceans have an exoskeleton (go figure), the most prominent feature of which are the two skull plates that cover their heads. These plates are capable of opening, exposing their huge, pink, corrugated brain underneath. Their exoskeleton can appear orange/brown, or other "crabby colours". Such as the dark purple colour of a Dr. Psychobos.
Another noticable feature are the spines poking out around their faces and the tops of their skull plates.
Cerebrocrustaceans do not often use their (usually) triangular-shaped mouths for speaking, instead, they speak using their minds, either telepathically or by simply projecting their thoughts. Instead, they use their mouths for emoting.
For my transformation, its exoskeleton has a dark pink tone to it.
