Arad wanted to quickly kill the Krakens and rush after Damnation, but that wouldn't do. He can't kill all of the Titan's guard dogs. With that in mind, Arad focused on maiming and injuring the monsters enough to force them to give up without killing that many of them. This was taking a lot of time, but it was also fine since it gave Eris time to heal the injured people and come out.
So, as Arad and Tempo kept fighting the Krakens, Arad woke up in the Storm Titan's kingdom just seconds after dawn, which didn't really look like down in this storm-plagued land.
Arad yawned and looked around him. Tyal, Alice, Claug, and Malina were beside him on the bed. He shook Tyal, "Wake up, it's dawn. Got a lot to prepare."
She slowly turned around and yawned. "Really?" She sat up, rubbed her eyes, stretched, and yawned, "You're right, I've got the fight today."
