In less than five seconds,
The area within a ten meter radius in front of Pride, once filled with vibrant blooming flowers, was completely turned to stone. The flowers, once colorful and vibrant, were now rigid, gray statues.
"I forgot to tell you. This is the manifestation of Pride's evil spirit, the power it gives me - the Petrification Curse."
Pride slowly withdrew her hand, her delicate chin raised in disdain as she coldly stated, "Any living being or object I touch will turn to stone for a period of time, rendering them immobile."
A breeze swept through the garden, but Ant-Man was still nowhere to be seen.
Pride grinned slightly, her voice dripping with confidence, "Have you been turned to stone? Unable to move, by the rules of the game, that means you've been defeated."
Meanwhile, Wrath remained kneeling on the ground, clutching his groin and desperately trying to stop the bleeding.
The wound inflicted by the Carbonadium Sword continued to flow uncontrollably, worsening with each passing moment. It felt like he was in a state of utter helplessness.
Wrath was no longer angry; his face was pale and devoid of color. With great difficulty, he managed to speak calmly, "Don't be careless. Keep an eye out - depending on their abilities and personalities, they may have other tricks up their sleeves."
Pride gave him an uninterested look. "Shut up and take care of yourself. Look at you now - you're an embarrassment. If you hadn't been so careless, you wouldn't have gotten hurt so badly."
If this were the original Cards, they would have been united, careful, and worked together.
Unfortunately, with the Seven Deadly Sins, the evil spirits possessed their bodies, and while they gained incredible strength and abilities, their personalities were also tainted and changed by the spirits.
Using the power of the Seven Deadly Sins Evil Spirits had its obvious pros and cons. This was one reason why Kyle had never relied on them. Having Venom occasionally was already enough for him— adding the Seven Deadly Sins would turn his body into a chaotic mess.
Neither Wrath nor Pride noticed that above them, an ant was flying overhead, about twenty meters up in the air.
On the ant's back, Ant-Man was crouched, watching every move that Pride and Wrath made below.
"That was close earlier, but thank goodness I brought you here, Anthony," Ant-Man whispered uncertainly, his hands brushing against the ant's body. The ant joyfully spun in the air. Its tiny size made it almost invisible, like a speck of dust, and no one noticed its presence.
"Now, let me figure out how to deal with those two."
Ant-Man took a deep breath, looking down at Pride and Wrath, who were standing close to each other.
Though Wrath was injured, by the system's rules, he hadn't been eliminated yet. However, their ally, Deadpool, was beyond saving— he was dead and could no longer contribute. It was up to Ant-Man to continue fighting.
Pride's petrification ability was well-known, and neither close nor long-range attacks could stop her. The only way to defeat them now was a surprise attack, a lethal one.
"It looks like I have no choice but to use that move. I hope it works."
After a moment of contemplation, Ant-Man made up his mind. He clenched his right fist tightly and placed his left hand on his belt to adjust the settings. Then, he leaped off Anthony's back.
Despite being only twenty meters away, from Ant-Man's shrunken perspective, it felt like he was falling from a height of two hundred meters.
As he fell, facing downward, he twisted the dial on his device to the maximum setting.
"This one move is make or break!"
In the next instant, Ant-Man's tiny ant-sized body suddenly began to swell and grow, surpassing human size and continuing to enlarge until he reached a massive height of twenty meters—his body now the size of a small mountain.
The micro-sized Ant-Man had successfully transformed into a Giant Ant-Man!
With the momentum of his fall, he unleashed a full-strength punch toward the ground below.
"Hmm?"
Pride and Wrath sensed something unusual above them. They looked up just in time to see a massive, meteor-like fist descending toward them!
"Damn!"
Seeing this, Wrath, ignoring the injury to his groin, struggled to get up from the ground. He gritted his teeth and thrust both hands upward. With the enhanced strength granted by the Wrath Evil Spirit, he managed to narrowly block the giant Ant-Man's punch.
Boom!!
As Wrath braced against Ant-Man's powerful punch, his feet sank deep into the ground like wooden posts, and blood began to pour from his wound.
"Wrath, hold it off like this!"
Pride reacted swiftly. She extended her left hand, pressing it against the tip of Ant-Man's fist. Under the influence of her petrification curse, the massive fist began to turn to stone from the middle finger, and the petrification spread up the entire right arm.
Soon, the right wrist was completely frozen in stone.
With his right arm becoming numb from the petrification, Ant-Man could only continue exerting force, but his fist was still held back by Wrath, and the two were locked in a stalemate.
"At this rate, my body is going to be completely petrified." Giant Ant-Man thought helplessly.
"It's over, big worm." Pride was confident of victory. She extended both hands and increased the speed of the petrification curse.
As Ant-Man's entire right arm turned to stone and the petrification began to spread toward his chest and head, just when things seemed dire, a sharp whooshing sound suddenly came from behind Pride.
Pū Chī!
A sharp sword tip pierced through Pride's back, impaling her body and emerging from her chest, dripping with glaring red blood.
"Who?" Pride widened her eyes in shock, blood spilling from her mouth as her arms weakened and fell.
She collapsed forward onto the ground, and from behind, a sneering figure stood up.
Wrath, still holding off Ant-Man's petrified fist, stared at the attacker in disbelief, "Impossible, I personally dealt with you. Your bones were crushed to pieces."
"Who said broken bones mean you're dead? In my dictionary, 'death' doesn't exist."
Deadpool chuckled. He took a few steps forward, swung his katana like a spear, and hurled it at Wrath's injured groin.
"Fuck!"
Wrath swore angrily, unable to hold back. In the end, he reached out to catch the thrown sword, but at that moment, Ant-Man's giant, petrified fist smashed into the ground, sending the sword into the earth with force.
"Finally, we did it."
Ant-Man, holding his petrified right arm, looked down at the unharmed Deadpool and shook his head, "I knew it. Someone as despicable as you would have been dead long ago if you didn't have some special life-saving ability."
"Are you complimenting me or insulting me?" Deadpool shrugged.
Before they could continue their conversation, an ear-splitting noise erupted from the nearby fountain park.
Shh—
A dark figure was launched high from the fountain park. With lightning speed, Giant Ant-Man caught it securely with his left hand. Upon closer inspection, he saw that it was none other than Agent Venom— or rather, half of Agent Venom's body.
Venom's body had turned into countless black tendrils, still wriggling, with Eddie's remaining half-body wrapped inside. The black threads mixed with blood, causing both Ant-Man and Deadpool to gasp in shock.
Agent Venom... defeated!
