"sir mage", one of the students raised his hands, he is from a wealthy family. The boy who is called prosper wanted to show off in front of his fellow classmates. Especially in front of Blue Aiva and the stunning Lena who is increasingly closer to the useless Jeny.
"Yes" replied the mean faced apprentice mage. "Sir I want to ask, how many elemental affinity can a talented mage have".
"Well, answered the mage. One can only have one elemental affinity and in the best case scenario two, but it's quite very rare. There also rumors that there have been the case of one possessing three elemental affinity"
"Now no more questions start your examination". Prosper was the first to enter, he made his own public and it was found out that out that he has an affinity with only one element, the light element. Prosper wasn't at all discouraged, possessing more than one element is a feat that could only be seen in one of millions of people, and besides the light element is a very rare element.
The other start going inside the stone chamber to check their elemental affinity. When it was Blue Aiva's turn she made her own public. Her elemental stone showed that she has affinity with two elements, Air and water.
When it reached Lena's turn everybody was shocked speeches, she has the legendary three affinity which has not appeared for thousands of years, and one of them is even the extinct element, Time.
Time and space can be considered as almost an extinct elements, because of how rare they are even in the whole world. The other two of her elements were the water and fire element. They are common elements.
"I guess it's my turn "Jeny thought to himself as he walked towards the stone element chamber, he closed the door making his own private.
"Let me guess" said Prosper to Blue Aiva he will not even have any elemental affinity, he mocked. The blond haired Aiva scoffed and simple looked at the door of the stone chamber, then she turned and looked at the beautiful Lena thinking deeply in her mind something only she knows.

Inside the elemental stone chamber room, Jeny sat on a chair inside the room and breathed heavily, he seemed to be making a mental preparation. When he opened his eyes, he gently placed his hand in the center of the holy circle.
At first nothing happened, but few seconds later all the stones light up scaring the young Jeny, he looked at the stones and thought to himself, perhaps I am just hallucinating.
He closed his eyes and opened it again to the same scene, all the stones where shining very brightly as if the light wants to escape from it. "Does that mean that I have elemental affinity with all the ten elements".
"No I definitely can't let others see this or my father's enemies will try to kill me", he also knew that aside his father's enemies, he could be hunted by many powerful faction the moment the news leaked. He decided to only make public four elements, fire, lighting, air and darkness. While he secretly train on the other elements.
Little did the young Jeny, who is still a novice to the world knew that four elements is already an impossible thing to the world as whole.
" How many elemental affinity do you have Jeny", said the stern faced apprentice.
"It's four" Jeny replied. There was silence, everybody looked at each other in other in the face, seeing the disbelieve clearly written all over. In the whole whole kingdom even the neighboring kingdoms, empires and other factions, Lena is the only one with three elemental affinity and it's already currently causing a great turmoil.
And now another person is claiming to have four is that a joke of some sort.
The mage apprentice, while trying all his best to calm his raging anger asked coldly "and what are the elements".
"Fire, lighting, darkness and air". Jeny answered innocently. The mage apprentice took four stones representing the called elements and gave it to him, "prove it", he said, circulate your Mana on these stones.
He simply did as was told and in front of everyone the all the stones light up.

Inside the kings palace in the kings study.
"I can't believe this useless son of Edward the former Duke has four elements. In the annals of history, such a thing has not been recorded," Duke blue the current Duke of Avivron keeps on stridden around the room looking angry and aggressive.
"Calm down Blue" said the king as he flips through the book on the table while sitting comfortably and drinking the very Irish tea.
" What do you mean by calm down", the Duke retorted.
"You should mind how you talk to me Blue", the king said sternly. "Jeny and Lena are the brightest star right now in Avivron, and I really hope that they will help our kingdom to rise to a greater height".
"Is that all my king" blue said looking at the king. "Don't you think this will give the former Duke more bargaining chips".
"Well, the king looked at the cunning the in the eye, the former Duke is no longer interested in the government and matters pertaining to the throne, besides if you want to go against him do not forget he has power in the military way beyond what you can handle cause I myself am not going to help you in whatsoever way.
Indeed Edward wasn't somebody to be trifled with, even though he is no longer the Duke he still has power in the military as the former chief commander of the army. Even in government he has so much political power even much more than the royal family talk less more of the Duke.
In short it was even one of the reasons, that the king tried his best to take the position of the Duke from him. But Edward is a good man and didn't try to use his political or military power against the royal family.
