It was just another ordinary afternoon when Su Li and Gao Ming returned from lunch, ready to collapse onto their desks and catch a quick rest. But before they could even settle, a group of older boys from the senior grades suddenly surrounded them, with the largest one grabbing Su Li by the collar and lifting him off the ground.
"So, you're the one who's been stealing my friend's business, huh?" the hefty boy demanded, his voice thick with authority. "Answer me."
Gao Ming, frozen with fear, trembled as he looked at the gang of older boys, unsure what to do. He was too scared to act, but not wanting to see Su Li dragged away, he reached out and grabbed Su Li, holding him back.
On the other hand, Su Li, much calmer in this situation than Gao Ming, turned to face them with surprising composure.
