Edward Anderson followed Bella Scott into the house, and Bella finally exploded, grabbing his collar and angrily questioning, "Do you think by threatening me like this, I will just obediently come back with you?"
Edward looked puzzled, "What are you talking about?"
How could he not understand a single word?
"Don't play dumb! You went to the Hernandezs' today just to threaten me like this. If I don't come back with you, you'd harass my two children!" Bella said, looking like she had seen through his plan long ago.
Edward quickly defended himself, "You're overthinking it; I didn't mean that."
He just missed her and wanted to see the children, so he mustered up the courage to visit. How could he be as despicable as she described?
"I can see through people and ghosts at a glance. Evasiveness is equivalent to concealment!" Bella replied, releasing her grip on Edward's collar. "From today on, do not appear in front of me again!"
