Adam can't help but frown on his face at how things turned out. It is now very clear to him that it is not only he who is obsessed.
Julia feels the same. But Adam is not delusional enough to think she was always obsessed with him. He has to give all the credit to how he looks and acts currently.

Just look at what happened just a few seconds ago. She almost gave in, but when Adam tried to push it, make it more intimate by entering inside her. She snapped. She was able to push through her desire and leave.
And this is the very reason, Adam went out of his way to make Brandon grab Julia's ass. He will need a little assistance to make Julia cross that line.
