The bar manager at least had some experience and quickly explained, "Sir, we truly had no prior knowledge of this matter. I had no idea the bartender had the guts to do something like this. This issue really has nothing to do with the bar..."
He probably heard about what the bartender did, but being a man himself, and in a bar setting, he had seen plenty of these things. As long as it didn't cause trouble, he'd usually turn a blind eye.
But he didn't expect things to blow up today.
"Oh?"
The bar manager's heart leaped to his throat. He wiped his sweat, swearing, "I really didn't know about this, the bar had no knowledge of it whatsoever!"
The man with a cigarette in his mouth clicked the lighter shut and looked at him. The bar manager was so scared his breath almost stopped when he heard him say, "I can pretend you were unaware, but the condition is that I don't hear any rumors spreading. Besides..."
