The Ephialtes Absolute looked at Kai Syaoran and Kai Syaoran looked back. The Ephialtes Absolute had just returned to this world and he was indeed in need of information about the current situation of the world. Still this was not something that anyone could say to his face. It was the same as calling him ignorant. From what he could see, the being before him was a powerful Forever Devil with power equal to his own.
This was all he knew. Even though the Forever Absolute was around during his time, the Forever Absolute had never been as powerful as that the person before him. Since Forever Devils could not cultivate this meant that this person could not possibly be the Forever Devil.
He thought about the matter in detail and the only logical conclusion was that the Forever Devils had given birth to an even more powerful being or that they had found a way to break through the limits imposed on them by time. Both thoughts made the Ephialtes Absolute frown in displeasure.
