"Haha," laughed Ye Zi'an, "this is definitely a novel experience."
Both of them sat on the outside of the carriage, facing the wind, and Ye Zi'an slowed the horse down a bit.
"Cold?"
As they were about to enter the city, Ye Zi'an asked.
"Not cold, what about you?"
"With my lady here, I'm not cold either," he said and then chuckled with a he-he.
His laugh was silly and goofy, but it made Yang Chuxia stare at him, mesmerized.
"My lady, I'm driving the carriage right now. If you keep looking at me like that, I might not be able to resist, and that would be dangerous for us."
"Haha," Yang Chuxia laughed and pinched his face before turning to sit properly.
There was also a hint of amusement in Ye Zi'an's eyes.
By the time they entered the city, it was already afternoon. Neither of them had eaten lunch, yet neither felt hungry. According to Ye Zi'an, being with his beloved wife made him forget about hunger.
