The dramatic changes in the Black Prison World tore apart the defensive magic array of the Outer Castle. Fortunately, the highest tower was not in front of that keiform flight land, and it managed to survive. Nonetheless, the edge of the keiform flight land still grazed the outskirts of the tower, creating a striking scene of broken walls and remnants.
Throughout the entire process, the five upper house members of the Moon Council remained calmly in the tower, even as blue bricks fell like rain from the edges of the tower, none of them were disturbed—William Tabbot didn't even leave the battlements, his legs dangled outside the tower, sitting on the edge of the wall, watching the changes of the whole world with great enthusiasm.
Until the Four Seas Demon Ship emerged from the white mist.
