Anastasia's Point of View:
"Can you just pretend like you're completely obsessed with me when we meet my parents? I might have exaggerated about quote unquote my boyfriend and might have just told them that you think you'd die without me." I uttered it out in a second and looked at Andrew. His eyes snapped in my direction and he groaned.
"Are you for real?" He commented. I laughed.
"Finally someone realises I'm an angel."
"I was thinking more on Satan's side but whatever," He muttered.
I exhaled. Man, I just hoped this would go well—I already don't have any "real family", and I really don't want my family to realise I lied to them about this relationship because they'd force me into another one.
The car stopped in front of the airport and we boarded the flight back to New York City. My family lived back in Los Angeles, but I decided to visit them the next day. Apparently, Andrew wanted to get something 'out of his system' with his own family—his words, not mine.
