Chapter 202: Black Zetsu
As the new Uzukage of Uzushiogakure, Setsuna had the privilege of welcoming Uchiha Madara. With the approval of Uzumaki Ashina, the former Kage of Uzushiogakure it become easier.
Although Madara was considered a traitor to Konoha, it had no impact on Uzushiogakure. Not a single member of the Uzumaki Clan had died by his hand.
After receiving assurances from the former Uzukage and a personal recommendation from Hashirama, Madara was granted a new home and finally become a residence of Uzushiogakure.
However, as the new Uzukage, Setsuna still needed Madara to compromise. Madara had to willingly allow him to seal his eyes. Izuna had previously allowed Setsuna to seal his own eyes, so he understood the process and the purpose behind the seal.
"Brother, it's not a bad thing," Izuna said gently. "Setsuna is the Uzukage now, and he needs to ensure the residents feel safe around you."
"You mean they don't trust me?" Madara replied coldly.
"No, brother. It's not about trust," Izuna explained. "It's about giving the people of Uzushiogakure peace of mind. Don't worry about the seal—it was developed by Setsuna himself. In the past, this same seal is what allowed me to stay in Uzushiogakure peacefully. It works well with me and even after the seal was deactivated I can still use my mangekyou sharingan. ."
Izuna didn't give up and continued to reassure his brother.
Eventually, he succeeded. Madara truly missed his niece, and with the promise that he would be reunited with her once his eyes were sealed, he finally agreed. Setsuna then sealed Madara Rinnegan using powerful fuinjutsu. For safety, Izuna eyes were also sealed once again.
When Kazuha returned home, she was shocked to see her uncle standing there. Due to the rejuvenation jutsu, Madara looked exactly the same as he did when she was a child.
"Uncle…" Kazuha's voice trembled, tears welling up in her eyes. "Where did you go?"
Madara, too, shed tears for the first time in many years—even a man can cry infront his family.
Watching the emotional reunion, Setsuna could only shake his head, silently pitying Kazuha future husband. How is anyone supposed to ask for her hand in marriage now? After all, she was practically the princess of the Uchiha Clan.
Setsuna can imagine every candidate of son in law being rejected or too scared after seeing Madara face.
Some people might feel strange why Madara easily change his plan. First because he finally knows the truth and there was also another reason why Madara followed Setsuna guidance so easily this time, it is because Setsuna had use Purification Magic on Madara before.
It had successfully purified the dark Yin chakra that had corrupted Madara mind, calming his raging hormones and suppressing the ruthless coldness that once defined him.

It was a good day for the Uchiha family but not for Black Zetsu.
When he first noticed the arrival of people from Uzushiogakure, he managed to hide himself from their sight.
He then successfully eavesdropped on their conversation. Uchiha Sasuke was from the future, an alternate timeline where his mother had been freed, and they had managed to recapture her and put her on prison again.
The worst part? After that conversation, Uchiha Madara no longer wanted to carry out the Infinite Tsukuyomi and now, Black Zetsu would be hunted.
Black Zetsu was furious. If he had hair, he would have pulled it all out in frustration. He quickly fled, fearing they would attempt to capture him.
But how was he supposed to lie his way out of this in the future?
For over a thousand years, he had the upper hand. No one even knew he existed—not even Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki.
He had barely escaped from the cave when Setsuna glared in his direction. That one look had made every instinct in him scream danger, and he fled as fast as he could.
Little did he know, Setsuna had already used magic to plant a magical tracking sense on him.
No matter where he ran or where he hid, Setsuna would find him.
And this time, there would be no escape.

"What?" Sasuke was shocked. "Do you realize the consequences if you release her?"
"I know, Sasuke. But I want to save her," replied Setsuna.
"You're crazy," said Sasuke, frustrated by Setsuna's stubbornness.
"It's not without a plan," Setsuna responded. He then pulled out a sheet of paper. "This is a document from the Kaguya Clan."
In the last war, he manage to capture a large amount of prisoner of war from different clan and one of them is Kaguya Clan and this is the result of an experiment he did to them.
Sasuke took the paper handed to him and read through its contents. His brows furrowed as another question formed in his mind.
"Are you saying this purifying jutsu you've developed will cure her and make her innocent again?" asked Sasuke.
"Yes. I tested it on members of the Kaguya Clan. They became bloodthirsty because of the Yin Chakra corrupting their minds. Even though we Uchiha are also influenced by Yin Chakra, it only makes us colder, emotionally distant. But it affects the Kaguya Clan much more severely," explained Setsuna. "Besides, if the Otsutsuki ally themselves with Kaguya, it will be even harder to fight them."
"Hmmph," Sasuke grunted.
"There are two Rinnegan users here, myself and Madara. And we have multiple Mangekyō Sharingan users as well. Even if it fails, I believe we can stop her," said Setsuna, trying to reassure him.
Sasuke was silent for a moment.
"...You've managed to convince me," he finally said. "Congratulations."
"Hahaha, are you happy or sad?" asked Setsuna with a grin.
"I was just so shocked… and honestly, I really wish you existed in my timeline," said Sasuke, his expression serious.
"Whoa… cringy," teased Setsuna, raising an eyebrow playfully.
"No, I mean it," Sasuke continued. "Your existence here has completely changed the course of the war. Madara changed his mind without going on a killing spree, and everything feels more brighter now. I can only imagine how much better things would have turned out in my timeline if you had been there from the start."
Sasuke smiled, but his eyes showed a trace of sadness.
