It was evident why he was so bewildered – he'd been brought up his whole life believing that Divine was just a classification, but here he was hearing that it was also a rank as well, one at the top echelon of the universe at that.
He couldn't even imagine what kind of strength a person at that level of power possesses.
And he wouldn't have to wait long for an explanation either.

As for the requirements to reach this rank, they need to have reached Divine Class and combine both their class and rank into one, becoming a Divine rank being.
