Chapter 155 - The enemy village and the prelude to primitive war.

MC POV

The village was mostly built from stone and other types of rock.

It was relatively large. I stayed atop a tree while sending out my bees to gather information.

A few minutes later, I had acquired a basic understanding of the place—which made me frown.

This society was heavily influenced by a faith in some so-called god, but that belief had fostered a system rooted in slavery.

Many of the citizens were slaves, treated no differently than objects.

Upon closer observation, however, it resembled more of a servitude system, akin to ancient Egyptian culture—a very particular form of slavery.

To a certain extent, I expected this, given that these lands seemed governed by the dominance of a superior force.

And when religion enters the picture, it tends to amplify such dogmas even more.

I sighed and chose not to dwell on it. The future of this place would be shaped by its leader, Ka-Zar.

At least in his village, things seemed somewhat more fair and balanced.

I tapped the watch on my wrist. It stabilized, and I saw that the dinosaur DNA had been registered in its database.

My physical body transformed as my soul and mental energy synced with the new form and DNA.

I became like a ghost—and more than that. I invoked my ghost lineage, tied to a soul bloodline.

My aura vanished even further, and my phantasmal abilities were enhanced.

Becoming invisible and intangible, I moved silently, investigating with both my body and Mind Haki, functioning like a spiritual sense. I began collecting the intel I needed.

The most relevant detail was the central building—an ancient church-like structure that served as a place of worship for this supposed god.

Entering it, I saw several individuals with stone-like skin. Their auras and power levels were high, comparable to the elite warriors I had seen in the village.

Strangely, there didn't seem to be many dinosaurs, which piqued my curiosity.

Inside the grand hall, I saw a stone-skinned individual seated on a kind of throne, flanked by two guards.

Slowly, I extended my Haki to cover his body. It was difficult, but I managed to apply the power of my ghost lineage on him, rendering his presence undetectable.

Assessing his strength, I didn't sense a high level—in fact, it was comparable to a Gamma- or Beta-level mutant.

(Note: Refer to the mutant tier guide for level references.)

Of course, I could tell his power didn't come from the same source as a mutant's.

Instead, it seemed to be some sort of mystical energy. I also sensed a connection between his energy and the Jungle itself, similar to the previous leader.

When I finished my inspection and withdrew my Haki, the stone being unexpectedly turned to the side and fired a blast of pure energy.

I dodged easily, and heard him mutter,

"I could've sworn I sensed something there…"

Ignoring his words, I exited the building and returned to the same tree, shifting back to my human form.

"Well, that's dealt with," I said, planning to leave—but I paused.

I closed my eyes, and my Haki surged from my mental sea.

My soul energy, linked with the energy of the Force, slowly enveloped my surroundings.

I felt something—or someone—trying to communicate or test me.

My eyes turned behind me, and my hands rose.

This time, a sharp sword shimmered in my mental sea, and the mystical energy of warlocks sparked from my souls—not independently, but intertwined.

The Force moved at my command, filled with power and aggression.

"Back off," I commanded coldly.

Mental energy, sharp as a blade, mixed with mystical energy and soul-infused Force energy radiated from my command.

Sensing the presence, I left the area to avoid drawing further attention.

In truth, my previous action had already alerted Garokk, but I didn't care— an so on i returned to the tribe.

3rd Person POV

In a small cave, a woman spat a mouthful of blood and looked into the distance with fear.

"Who was that being… the mystical energy in his body… his ability to manipulate aspects of cosmic energy and reality… and such a destructive, powerful mental force…"

She murmured, then passed out.

The sorceress Zaladane, who had sought to maintain balance in the Jungle by her own terms, collapsed.

As she did, a formless energy emerged beside her—conscious and unconscious at once.

It represented the will of the savage world itself.

It did nothing, simply allowing the Jungle's inhabitants to defend and fight for themselves, so long as the Jungle remained unharmed.

Garokk's POV

Sensing two unusual energy signatures in the same day, I felt something was coming.

Especially the powerful mix of energies I had sensed in the forest.

But when I arrived at the location—nothing.

No one.

In fact, it was so clean it felt like the previous sensation had been an illusion.

But my survival instincts told me otherwise.

"Dror. Prepare the strongest warriors and soldiers… I sense something is about to happen.

For now, focus on surveillance of Ka-Zar's village—and keep an eye on those strange visitors…"

I couldn't shake this feeling of unease.

Especially since my men's reports mentioned a mystical barrier—and to add more—a mysterious ice creature.

In the end, all I could do was stay alert for both bases.

I clenched my fist tightly, and my eyes gleamed with red light, ready to destroy everything.

Four Days Later…

MC POV

At the moment, I was dodging a large, dangerous, hostile enemy…

A punch came toward me.

I dodged several times, until finally, I grabbed my opponent with both hands—and unleashed my greatest power:

I tickled him furiously.

"Ahhh! Stop, Uncle Adrian! Stop! Hahaha!"

In my arms was a cute 6-year-old boy.

He had beautiful blond hair and a unique mystical energy.

I was shirtless, standing in the Jungle among the native tribespeople.

I didn't mind showing my identity and face—these people rarely leave their environment, let alone get involved in political identity disputes.

As for the boy, he was the son of Ka-Zar and his wife, Shanna.

She possessed a unique power that allowed her to communicate with the Force and mystical energy, granting her a deep affinity and control over animals and dinosaurs.

That explained the boy's natural bond with such creatures.

It appeared he had inherited some of his parents' gifts, though for now he was still too young and would remain safe in the tribe.

"Why can't I fight like Mom, Dad, and Uncle?" the boy asked sadly while in my arms.

It had been four days.

I'd been secretly returning to another tribe to relay information to Ka-Zar.

It was decided that S.H.I.E.L.D. would not intervene directly, but would offer support with equipment and other resources.

"Hey, did you like the necklace I gave you?"

"Of course!"

I smiled at him and fiddled with the necklace in my hand.

At its tip was a bluish mineral—vibranium.

S.H.I.E.L.D. hadn't yet discovered its existence here.

When I found it, I warned the leader, and we erased all traces of its location.

I also explained how precious it was.

For negotiation purposes, revealing this metal's discovery would be dangerous.

I only knew about it because Peter liked reading obscure research.

Vibranium is one of the rarest metals in the world—its scientific and military value far exceeds diamonds or other gems.

In fact, it's said that Captain America's shield is made from it—a shield known for being nearly indestructible.

For now, it's best that S.H.I.E.L.D. remains unaware of the mineral deposits here.

"Let's go see everyone?" the boy asked.

I nodded, tucked away the necklace, and activated my disguise and combat mode.
