The blizzard came too suddenly, sweeping down from the North upon the allied nations, encompassing the Romanov Kingdom, the United Kingdom of Ruiwei, the Kingdom of Windsor, and the Kingdom of Manitoba. Even the sea's surface froze over.
The cities came to a sudden standstill; no one dared to step outside, crops in the fields were frozen to death, food supplies ran low, coal prices soared, and fear and panic gripped the allied nations.
