After finishing their preparations, Will spent a bit of time grooming Ailbhe before flying to Primalis's northeastern gate, the Gate of Departure, with Andrika, Madeen, and Kluskah.
"I guess we're not the only ones heading up the mountain..." remarked Andrika, referring to the steady stream of traffic flowing in and out of the gate.
"For Zoans of the Warrior caste, the First Hurdle is something of a rite of passage," explained Will, directing Ailbhe to fly over the gate as he added, "Now that the Festival of Blood and Iron has concluded, those visiting the capital from afar will be gathering en masse near the Hurdle's base. We'll need to be on our guard."
