The rain fell heavily on the cool autumn night. The skies although barely cloudy, were completely wild.as faint lightning and loud claps of thunder filled the atmosphere of the silent town,or at least it would be silent if it wasn't for a riot. Somewhere along the edges an unnaturally large group had gathered and it seemed to be quite the commotion.
As one got closer to the center,the screams got louder and wilder but also more clear.
"Kill it!"
"Monster!"
"It's going to kill us all if we let it live"
"Demon! Don't let it's face deceive you. It's here to destroy us all"
At the center of all the commotion was, surprisingly,a young boy, nowhere near old enough to be an adult. His body was covered in bruises and bumps as the people closest to him in the crowd kicked and stepped on him, specifically his hand which had a certain mark on it that the people seemed to detest.
