"Who do you think it is?"
Qiao Chutian grinned mischievously.
"Could it be my number?"
Mai Xiaomai flipped through the numbers and sure enough, it was hers.
"Come on, fess up. When did you start labeling me as the 'dumb woman'?"
Mai Xiaomai grabbed his collar, looking as if she was about to interrogate him.
"Probably after we got married. I thought you were clumsy and really dumb."
The thought of all the embarrassing moments she had when they first got married made Qiao Chutian want to laugh.
"You're laughing at me for being dumb?"
Mai Xiaomai pouted, obviously displeased. "I'm clearly smart, capable, and an excellent forensic doctor. The word 'dumb' doesn't fit me at all."
"But in front of me, you're just dumb, totally a dumb pig-woman!"
Imagining her cute, complaining face, Qiao Chutian reached out to pat her head. "But, I like it."
