Chapter One Hundred Thirty-One:
Sage's Residence
"Princess Navina, what are you doing here?" Norward surprisingly asked her when she came without notice.
"I'll be straight with you, my Aunt came back suddenly."
Norward's reaction showed it all. "Wh-what did you say?"
"The Second Princess of the Cabot Tribe has finally returned and now she's here, we will also know how the curse one will wake up."
…
Present…
Manu Kingdom
After I released Merwa Mountain from its confinement because of Khawar, I immediately went straight here to the highest part of the Manu Kingdom where I can see the whole place clearly. Now that the second of the three Crystal Balls has completely shattered, the only one left is all I have to take care of but I know what I have to sacrifice once I face the third crystal.
Something that I know Haimon will never allow to happen once he finds out the truth. But I would rather die than let him die and let my brother wake up only to destroy everything that God Father created. That I will not let it happen and I will do everything so that he does not do what he has long dreamed of. I will choose to sacrifice myself rather than to sacrifice more innocent lives and to top of it all, I don't want to lose my one and only man that I love the most, Haimon.
…
Manu Palace
"Wei." I called her as soon as I came back. "Are you there?"
"Yes, my Lady. I'm still here."
"Good." I replied. "Guards, let me out I want to talk to my father." I ordered.
"We're so sorry, Princess Siara, your father order us not to let you--"
"Apertum." I casted a spell and the door almost flew open because of what I did, and I don't care. Because all I care to see my father before he could hurt Haimon.
"Princess Siara!"
"Claudum." The guards stop before they could stop me.
"Lady Siara?!" the shock on Wei's face had shown and I knew it would happen but I didn't have the time to explain everything because there is more important that I need to chase.
Although, I will be able to chase my father without having to come back here in the palace, but I still chose to come back because everyone knows that my father imprisoned me here. Yet, I couldn't help myself not to use my powers and immediately lose it and just casted a spell. That I knew would shock the people watching over me but there was really nothing I could really do anymore.
I take a deep sigh and casted a spell first. "Somnos." Before I turned to Wei and talked to her. "I don't have time to explain what I've done, so just join me and I really need to catch up with my father."
It takes long before Wei finally said, "yes." And we went straight at the front gate of the palace where we find my father's carriage.
I quickly went at the front gate and block the way out. The guards in the front quickly shouted to stop as soon as they saw me and that made my father's carriage stop.
"What is going on there?" Harkan asked in a loud voice.
"King Harkan, your daughter…?" the guard's answer was skeptical.
"What!" Harkan immediately went out of his carriage only to find me standing at the front of his troops. "What the hell are you doing here?!" he madly asked before turning his gaze to Wei. "Did you let her go?" he asked in a high tone that made Wei scared.
"She had nothing to do with my escape, father." I said that made him stare back at me.
"Siara!" he was about to hold me but I dodge him.
"No! I won't let you kill the man that I love!" I exclaimed. "And I'll do anything just to prevent you from seeing him!" you can see the annoyance on his face because of what I said but I decided to save Haimon even if his replacement is…
"You don't know what you're talking about, Siara!"
"Yes, indeed. I know it very well."
"You--"
"I'll die if I let him live." I said cutting him off and the surprised from his face added more. "So, please, let Haimon live and--"
"No!" he said and turned to his guards. "Take her and make sure she won't be able to escape anymore!" he ordered.
I don't have a choice but to cast another spell but before I could say a word, a sudden quake shakes the whole ground.
No! This can't be! I could not believe when I felt who was responsible for the sudden earthquake. I turned around only to find an invincible wave coming right through to us and all I can do is to shield the whole palace from it.
"Divinae gratie lumen. Tuere nos. Protégé nos ab infimis tenebris."
"What are you doing?!" Harkan asked after I recite a spell but before I could answer, the dark waves collide to the shield that I recited. And it made a great explosion and trembling because of the collision of darkness and light. Everyone present including my father was shocked by what happened but because of what I did I knew no one would be hurt because of what I've done.
"Siara!" Harkan pulled me away from the front gate. "Let's get inside! And all of you, call every single Witches and Warlocks and strengthen the barrier, now!" he ordered in full authority. "And you!" he turned to me. "You need to explain yourself!"
"No! I can't!" I answered. "I need to see Haimon!"
"What!"
"I have too, father! I… I'm so sorry! Ad palatium deportare." I casted and sent him back to palace.
"My Lady!"
"Wei… I'm sorry." I said before I do the same to her and to the others that was about to take me then, "my dear brother." I said as I take a deep breath.
