At one point, Hugo and Kiara didn't know if they kept going out and shoving meat down their throats because they enjoyed it too much or because, somehow, they felt slightly competitive. But they kept going until they were hit with a food coma.
Both of them stayed seated, staring at the remaining meat in horror. Fortunately, Hugo had some reserved space in his stomach and forced it all down. Hence, they didn't need to pay extra for the leftovers.
"I think this is the first time I've felt really full," Hugo yawned, rubbing his belly as his steps slowed.
Kiara also yawned, walking beside him.
Before they fell asleep in the restaurant, they both decided to take a short walk first. Hugo would still drive, and Kiara wasn't planning on falling asleep on their trip back and waking up in heaven.
"Can you slow down?" she asked, touching her side a little. "My side hurts."
He slowed down and looked at her. "But we're like… crawling with our pace."
