"A mortal asked me to defend?!" Cerceus smiled contemptuously. In his eyes, Reinhard was just a weakling, so he was not going to use his full strength.

Reinhard shook his head and assumed a fighting posture: "Sword Master Reinhard, please advise me."

"You call yourself a sword master in front of me, the Sword God? What arrogance!" Cerceus said with a smile. "Let you mortals see the power of the Sword God, Cerceus."

In the auditorium, other gods shouted. Hearing the shouts of the people around him, Cerceus's vanity was satisfied, and he held his head high with pride.

At that moment, Cerceus felt a strange breeze in the air. The surrounding atmosphere surged rapidly, rushing towards the sharp sword in Reinhard's hand, lingering on the weapon.

"What? What is this?!" Cerceus had an ominous premonition in his mind, but he didn't voice it. After all, he was a god, above the existence of ordinary people.

The applause around them fell silent as they were surprised by Reinhard's power.

"What kind of power is this?"

"I've never seen..."

The lingering light on Reinhard's sword grew more and more dazzling.

"Please be careful, Lord Cerceus," Reinhard said politely.

Cerceus, who stood before him, had already unconsciously gripped his sword with both hands. The arrogant words he had just spoken about using one hand had vanished.

Cerceus was sweating profusely, and his heartbeat quickened. This was the first time he felt fear since becoming a god. However, in this world, gods were only slightly stronger than ordinary people, and there were even novice deities like Ristarte with very average strength.

"Accept it!" Reinhard's expression turned serious in an instant, and at the same time, he swung his sword, unleashing a powerful force from the blade. A massive shockwave erupted, tearing apart the wide arena.

BOOM-!

The shockwave struck the wall and destroyed it. This was a building in the Divine Realm, so its hardness was far greater than that of the human world. However, in front of Reinhard, these structures were like sheets of paper.

The huge explosion kicked up thick dust, obscuring everyone's view. Yet, with just one blow, the soldiers in the audience were rendered speechless.

"What was that just now?!"

"Is that the power that humans can unleash?"

"Terrible..."

"Lord Cerceus!?" Ristarte, who was watching the battle, was shocked by the scene before her. This kind of power far exceeded that of a fully-leveled hero.

After the smoke and dust cleared, Cerceus emerged. At that moment, he looked like a scarecrow, standing there vacantly, his eyes hollow, as if he had just faced a monster.

Cerceus began to tremble and struggled to lower his head. The crack on the ground was less than one meter away from him. He knew that it was Reinhard who had held back just now. Otherwise, he would never have been able to dodge this attack. Reinhard's Divine Protection ensured that his strikes always connected, and Cerceus realized how dreadful the man before him truly was.

At this moment, the sword in Reinhard's hand shattered. "Sure enough, it still can't bear my power. May I have another weapon, please?"

Looking at Reinhard's hands, Cerceus's mind went blank. It was a weapon from the Divine Realm, whose hardness far exceeded that of ordinary weapons, yet even such a tool could not withstand Reinhard's might.

This realization made Cerceus fully aware of the strength gap between them. He knelt on the ground, his weapon dropped beside him, and his body shook uncontrollably. "I, I surrender... I surrender!"

Cerceus had completely lost his courage by this point, and he couldn't help but recall everything he had experienced before. This was not a power achievable by humans.

"Thank you." Seeing Cerceus kneeling, Reinhard bowed politely and then left the field, as if the battle had been inconsequential and the outcome was already determined.

"Yes, that was amazing!" After the battle ended, Ristarte trotted to Sebastian's side. She had not expected that Sebastian and his comrades possessed such terrifying strength. With their help, it was not impossible to recover the S-level difficulty world of Gaiabrande.

"Yes," Sebastian replied nonchalantly.

Ristarte turned her head and looked into the distance. At that time, Cerceus was still kneeling in the arena, incapable of moving, despite the other gods' attempts to assist him. He had lost his chance to strike in front of so many divine beings and could only hastily surrender; his self-esteem had been shattered.

The other gods now understood how formidable Sebastian was, and they no longer dared to underestimate him.

"Sir Sebastian, try saying the word 'Status,'" Ristarte suggested curiously. If he was a hero, he should be able to see his data by saying this word.

Ristarte was very curious about what Sebastian's data might look like. Sebastian himself also wanted to know if he, who was not a hero, could invoke the data menu.

"Status," Sebastian said softly, but nothing happened.

It seemed that he was not a hero summoned by the Divine Realm and therefore could not see his data, as it could not be defined by the power system of this world. However, this was also a good thing for Sebastian. Facing enemies with the ability to spy on data, he maintained an air of secrecy.

"It seems that Master Sebastian is different from a typical hero. Then let's go now!" Ristarte exclaimed impatiently, eager to take Sebastian and the others to another world.

"No, let's not be hasty," Sebastian said with a smile.
