Chapter 481 - Chapter 481

Fortunately, Tiga managed to brace himself just in time, avoiding a direct crash onto the fighter jets.

He quickly got back on his feet and looked up at the black clouds above.

The clouds were continuously releasing lightning, bombarding everything on the ground. Amidst the thunder, an eerie, chilling female voice echoed:

"Die! Die! Die!"

And not just from the clouds—the same terrifying voice was coming from all the nearby communication devices, sending everyone scrambling to get away from them in panic.

In the command room, Captain Rena stood up in shock, staring at the screen.

She recognized that voice instantly.

"It's that ghost woman who appeared in TPC last time!"

"This signal—it's the same signal that ghost left behind! Has she turned into an electric entity now?" Norui exclaimed in disbelief after analyzing the signal coming from the cloud.

The situation was rapidly spiraling beyond their understanding.

Meanwhile, on Tiga's side...

"Master! That's Kayako's signal!" the Guren Knight Beast immediately alerted Tiga.

"What? Why would an electric entity have Kayako's signal?" Daigo, inside Tiga, asked in confusion.

"I don't think the electric entity has Kayako's signal," the Guren Knight Beast corrected. "It's more likely that Kayako has gone to the electric entity!"

"She went to the electric entity? Don't tell me…" A chilling thought began to take root in Daigo's mind.

The electric entities were known to mutate under the influence of electrical signals.

And if a malicious wave like Kayako's had infiltrated their nest—what kind of horror would that create?

Now that he thought about it, the recent increase in the number of Gazotes, and their rising aggression, all started to make horrible sense.

As Daigo wrestled with these thoughts, the clouds exploded with an even more terrifying thunderstorm.

From the blinding lightning, something massive began descending like a waterfall of light.

A monstrous creature appeared amidst the lightning.

It looked like a fusion between a spider and a human woman.

The shape of the body vaguely resembled a female human, but the skin and muscle texture were exactly the same as a Gazote's.

Her hair was absurdly long—longer than her own height—and stood upright like crashing waves. The most disturbing part was the pale human face, starkly contrasting with the Gazote-like body. So pale, so prominent, it looked utterly nightmarish.

"Kayako! It's really you!!" Daigo cried out in shock at the towering figure that loomed above even him.

After Kayako had been driven away last time, he had sent the Guren Knight Beast into cyberspace to search for her traces.

But no matter how hard they looked, she was nowhere to be found.

He never imagined she had gone to the electric entities.

Which could only mean—what had become of them?

Looking at her skin, now indistinguishable from the Gazotes', Daigo couldn't help but assume the worst: the electric entities had likely been devoured by Kayako.

"DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!"

Seeing Tiga again filled Kayako with a raging fury.

She had not forgotten how he defeated her before.

Her hatred and resentment boiled over, becoming a tangible force.

"GAAAHHHHHHH!!"

Suddenly, her wave-like hair let out a chorus of strange, eerie shrieks.

On closer inspection, one could see that her hair wasn't just hair—it was full of grotesque faces.

Not human faces—but Gazote faces.

It was as if the souls of the electric entities, after mutating into Gazotes, had been absorbed and imprisoned within Kayako's body.

Their howls weren't easy to interpret, but one thing was clear—whatever they were feeling, it was deeply disturbing.

The sound was so horrifying it sent shivers down everyone's spines.

People began fleeing in terror.

Yet strangely, even though they were running in straight lines, they found themselves back where they started—having to change directions just to escape again.

Some fell from high places. Some crashed into one another.

It was chaos with no logical explanation.

"What's going on?! The space around Kayako has become distorted!" Norui shouted, staring at the data on his screen.

"Could it be because of Kayako?" Zei said, growing tense.

"She's gotten stronger," Rena said, her voice trembling.

Elsewhere, Hoshikawa and the others were staring at Kayako in disbelief.

"The place where the electric entities live has the most chaotic electromagnetic waves. If Kayako, a being of malevolent signal, entered that place, she would've absorbed countless signals to strengthen herself—while devouring the mutated entities around her, increasing her power even further," Hoshikawa analyzed.

The more he spoke, the more absurd it sounded.

But the truth was even more absurd than fiction.

A ghost woman turning into a giant monster? It was almost comically incongruous.

"What are we supposed to do now?" Rena asked urgently.

"We'll have to leave it to Tiga," Hoshikawa sighed.

This was far beyond what any human could handle.

"DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!"

Kayako let out another terrifying scream. Her long hair turned into hundreds of serpentine tendrils, all of them lashing toward Tiga with furious hatred.

The Gazote spirits embedded in her hair began launching glowing energy orbs at him.

Tiga quickly rolled to the side to dodge the barrage—

But then suddenly, he was back in the same spot as before!

He was struck by the energy blasts, interrupting his movement and knocking him to the ground in agony.

In the next moment, his body was wrapped tightly in Kayako's hair.

"Chaa!!"

The strength of the hair was immense, squeezing Tiga painfully.

But the real horror came from the Gazote spirits—they were trying to invade Daigo's mind!

In desperation, Tiga erupted with powerful energy, blasting apart the hair and pulling himself free, retreating quickly.

But Kayako shot toward him like a missile, closing the distance in an instant.

Tiga reacted with a punch—only for it to pass straight through her!

In contrast, Kayako's fist landed solidly, sending Tiga flying.

Even in this monstrous form, Kayako still retained her unnatural ability—she was immune to physical attacks, but could still inflict physical harm on others.

Tiga didn't get far before space warped again—he found himself right back in front of Kayako.

She struck him again, sending him flying.

And once more, space distorted, and he reappeared in front of her.

This time, Tiga quickly flew into the air to escape her attacks.

He immediately fired a beam of light at her.

He was trying to use the power of light to purify Kayako!

But before the beam could even reach her, it suddenly bent mid-air and blasted into a nearby building instead!

"Cha!!"

Tiga froze in disbelief.

Then, to his horror, he realized—somehow, he was now back in front of Kayako again.

The ghost woman and the Gazote spirits in her hair unleashed a barrage of energy blasts—

—blasting Tiga away once more!
