This is an existence with which communication is fundamentally impossible!
No matter what, if communication were possible, given the current trend of global integration, the most extreme methods wouldn't be used. However, the lightning beings fundamentally do not communicate with humans, appearing each time as "a show of force," transforming into monsters and causing rampant destruction.
Although it's due to human development that electromagnetic waves disturb the lightning beings, if the lightning beings had a solution, or more convenient technology to solve the problem of human development, it would be a win-win situation.
However, clearly, the lightning beings don't have this, and humans cannot possibly give up various advanced and convenient technological products for the sake of the lightning beings' species, to return to a primitive state.
This is a dispute over ways of survival!
