Upon hearing how the man addressed her, Bright frowned.
A hint of disgust surfaced in Niamh and Jenny's eyes.
Jenny directly stated, "Niamh and I aren't that close to you, Mr. Rowland. It would be best if you stop referring to is by our first names."
With that, Stephen Rowland felt somewhat awkward.
Then, he replied, "Hey, what's all this about being close or not? We will get closer the more we talk, right?"
While speaking, Stephen also noticed the silent Bright standing at the side.
"Who might this be?" Stephen asked.
Niamh immediately responded, "He is my friend."
After her cold reply, Stephen squinted slightly. He looked Bright up and down.
A hint of iciness emerged in his eyes. "So, you are Niamh's friend, huh?"
As soon as those words were uttered, Niamh's expression grew even more frigid.
"Mr. Rowland, I would appreciate it if you would show some respect when addressing me." She stated.
After Niamh's words fell, Stephen's expression turned a bit awkward.
