Chapter 221 - Beginning the Conquest of No Game No Life, Proxy Universe Authority

Bzzzz...

A power surpassing the divine instantly spread from the "light sphere" in Noah's hand, forcefully and dominantly silencing all surrounding forces.

Authority, Rules, Divine Will—

This was a Supreme Force equal to the current universe but completely independent of it. Its level of strength vaguely exceeded that of a Second-tier Supreme God.

Even in its incomplete state, the Pseudo Star Map Creation was already a full-fledged "Cosmology"—essentially a fragmented universe equal in tier to the current one. Once completed, it would directly match a First-tier Supreme God.

And it would far surpass other beings of the same level.

To draw a comparison, it was akin to the gap between a First-tier Primary God who has grasped the Supreme Truth and a Second-tier Primary God.

A First-tier Supreme God is one who is the universe itself. But one who possesses the Pseudo Star Map Creation wields a universe as a weapon.

Furthermore, the possession of the Pseudo Star Map Creation guarantees ascension to a First-tier Supreme God, making its bearer far more powerful than average.

If we use the classification system of the Little Garden:

A Third-tier Supreme God corresponds to a mid-to-low tier being within the 3-Digit Almighty Domain.

A Second-tier Supreme God equates to the upper tier or even irregulars among 3-Digits.

A First-tier Supreme God is equivalent to a 2-Digit Full-Authority Domain.

After all, the so-called 2-Digit Full-Authority Domain in the Little Garden is essentially Single Universe level. Even the four original 2-Digits only reached the Strong Universe level, never the Super Universe.

As for 1-Digit, they don't exist in the Little Garden. What's suspected to be a 1-Digit, the Wind of Decadence, is merely a mechanism without consciousness.

1-Digit refers to the level of a Super Universe.

Although the Little Garden appears to be a multiversal level system, in truth, it hasn't quite reached that standard. It's awkwardly positioned between a "Super Universe" and "Multiverse."

Noah termed this ambiguous state as a a Quasi-Multiverse.

If all the gods of that realm worked together, perhaps the Little Garden could truly become a multiverse.

Of course, the comparisons above are only relevant after the Teyvat Universe advances beyond the Single Universe tier.

When the Teyvat Universe enters its third phase, given its perfect unification and zero internal friction, it will undoubtedly surpass the Little Garden even if they're in the same class. At that point, a First-tier Supreme God from Teyvat would be over 27 times stronger than a Little Garden 2-Digit.

Even Second-tier Primary Gods would be able to match a 3-Digit in combat strength.

Bzzzz...

The influence of the Pseudo Star Map Creation instantly enveloped half of Inazuma. All rules and concepts within this range were replaced by its cosmological framework.

Any power that didn't conform to this new cosmology was wiped clean.

Fortunately, the Inazuma Pantheon already aligned with this worldview, so the impact was minimal. All lifeforms within the affected area merely felt a momentary pressure—

One that vanished in less than 0.0001 seconds. Everyone thought it was just their imagination.

Raiden Makoto stared blankly at the light sphere in Noah's hand.

And so did Raiden Ei.

As twin gods, they experienced the same sensations.

Their consciousness had now completely left their physical bodies, arriving in a mysterious cosmic starfield.

This cosmic space remained in a chaotic state—like the aftermath of the Big Bang, before the birth of the first star, a swirling mass of nebulae.

Their authorities, rules, and very existence—none of it functioned here. They had become "foreign objects."

But in the next moment, their existence faintly connected to this "universe."

An infinite stream of information flooded the minds of Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei.

The incomplete authority of the Pseudo Star Map Creation split into two parts, instantly received by both women.

Only together could the two halves form a complete whole. Only by working together could the Pseudo Star Map Creation be fully wielded.

[Divine Path]

[All Things in Existence]

[All Things Can Be Gods]

[All Non-Human Beings Can Be Spirits]

[The Whispers of All Spirits Resound]

This was the core of this cosmology—a universe understood from both mystical and material perspectives by humans, gods, and all things.

The aura surrounding Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei grew increasingly mysterious under the influence of the Pseudo Star Map Creation, gradually detaching from the authentic universe of Teyvat, beginning to manifest all elements of an outer cosmology.

Then, in a single fleeting instant, they returned to the authentic universe.

Their purple pupils briefly transformed into swirling galaxies—only to revert back to normal the next second.

Bzzzz bzzzz bzzzz...

The fundamental structure of the Teyvat Universe began to operate the moment the Pseudo Star Map Creation: All-Beings Doctrine activated.

The mass of the Teyvat Universe silently increased.

However, this enhancement had not yet fully propagated throughout the universe—it would take time to adapt.

Simultaneously, the outer cosmological rules of the Pseudo Star Map Creation: All-Beings Doctrine began to emerge within the Teyvat Universe.

The Cosmic Nexus rapidly brought the newly added rules under observation.

Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei's consciousness gradually returned.

Noah nodded as he observed the aura emanating from them.

"In their normal state, they now possess a portion of a Supreme God's might. Activating the Pseudo Star Map Creation would allow them to reach Second-tier Supreme God level."

"In other words, casually at the small star level; at full power, they can destroy star system–sized regions."

In their regular form, they could shatter a small star in one strike. When the Pseudo Star Map Creation is activated, they could obliterate cosmic space on the scale of the inner solar system in a single blow.

Regaining her senses, Raiden Makoto excitedly hugged Noah's neck from behind, pressing her chest to his back.

"My dear husband! Thank you for your boundless love for us sisters! Even such an important power, you've entrusted it to us!"

Raiden Ei's gaze burned with intensity, her hand unconsciously resting on Noah's chest.

The Pseudo Star Map Creation—she had thought it wouldn't be granted until the Divine Collective Gift Game.

Moreover, it wasn't something bestowed to the champion, but rather to the pantheon as a whole—whoever could obtain it wasn't guaranteed.

The Pseudo Star Map Creation was truly incredible. The power of an entire outer cosmology—absolute, supreme, indisputable.

A force that denies everything within the existing universe.

Noah caressed Raiden Ei's waist as he responded:

"It's not because you're my goddesses that I'm showing favoritism."

"You two simply happen to be the most compatible with the Pseudo Star Map Creation's user parameters."

Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei indeed aligned best with the All-Beings Doctrine.

This was the choice of the All-Beings Doctrine itself. Noah merely presented it—it wasn't favoritism.

Therefore, as the Heavenly Principle, he was absolutely fair and impartial.

All-Beings Doctrine: "Yes, I chose them willingly."

The other "cosmologies" all nodded in agreement.

Yes, yes, yes.

Flattering the Supreme God and absolute Heavenly Principle—it was their sacred duty as cosmologies.

Noah glanced over at Raiden Shogun, who was currently processing affairs of the Inazuma Pantheon in the Tenshukaku. He couldn't help himself and poked her on the head through space.

Raiden Shogun was no longer considered just a puppet. She was now essentially a partial incarnation of Raiden Ei—similar to the relationship between Buer and Nahida.

However, her strength was only about seventy percent of Raiden Ei's.

Raiden Shogun shuddered from the head tap, immediately raising her head with a confused expression. Her naginata materialized instinctively in her hand.

"Who's there?!"

She expanded her perception—yet sensed nothing, utterly perplexed.

"A hallucination...?"

After a few hours of less-than-wholesome games with Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei in the Tenshukaku, Noah stepped out of the Grand Narukami Shrine feeling refreshed.

This time, he didn't pull in Yae Miko or seek out Kamisato Ayaka and the others.

At the moment, all of Inazuma was in a period of booming development. Every major community was busy beyond belief.

Especially Yae Miko—after seeing that Fontaine's "Steambird" had also launched a fiction business, she felt a strong sense of crisis.

She was now scouring the universe in search of talented novelists to recruit into Yae Publishing House, and was devoting great effort to cultivating them into gods. Even if they couldn't reach godhood, she wanted them to at least become immortals capable of living for thousands of years.

Due to the staff shortage, she even brought Kitsune Saiguu in and made her the vice-leader of the Yae Publishing House community.

Torachiyo, Sasayuri, and Kujou Sara were busy maintaining Inazuma's operations, overseeing the Gift Games hosted by the various communities.

Sangonomiya Kokomi was responsible for handling trade affairs with other national pantheons and communities.

As such, Kokomi now spent the majority of her time abroad conducting diplomatic work.

Kamisato Ayaka and Kamisato Ayato were in charge of managing Inazuma's mythos and legends—not just within the Main World, but more importantly, in the many subordinate worlds' matters of faith.

Responding to the prayers of lower realm humans, helping them overcome hardships, and so on.

Not just Inazuma—all pantheons had similar institutions.

After all, a major pantheon didn't only govern the Main World.

As for Shinobu Kocho and her team, they continued to operate their own healer community.

...

Celestia.

Noah arrived at the grand central temple of the Garden.

He had named this temple the Temple of Truth.

The temple was colossal—the Roman pillars at its entrance alone were 100,000 meters tall.

But this was more than just a temple.

It was the final convergence point of Human History.

The core location of the Cosmic Nexus, governing all universal order.

Only goddesses personally approved by Noah could enter the Garden.

And even then, only those at the Supreme God level or higher could enter here.

Not because Noah forbade them—

But because this was the absolute core of the entire universe. Just walking within this space meant enduring the "mass of the entire universe."

It was equivalent to standing before the universe itself.

Even Supreme Gods would feel suppressed here as if they were ordinary mortals.

Behind the temple gates, a girl floated in midair, seated upon the void. She wore a black-and-white maid outfit with only chest pasties covering her front. Her eyes carried a distinct aura of disinterest in all things.

Noah looked at her and smiled faintly: "Yo~ Ophis, did you wake up from your nap in the Dimensional Gap to ask me for candy?"

Ever since the DXD world had been annexed, Ophis and the Red Dragon God Emperor had gone into deep slumber within the Dimensional Gap.

Now that they had been absorbed into the Teyvat Universe, they, as embodiments of Truth, needed to adjust to the new universe and digest the sudden surge in Truth mass. Thus, they had fallen into hibernation.

Ophis floated in front of Noah and said, "Though I still want to sleep, that Red Dragon's presence has completely filled the Dimensional Gap with her aura during her slumber."

"I've adapted to the universe early, so I'm planning to find a new place to sleep."

"This place feels even better than the Dimensional Gap—I've decided to move in."

Noah couldn't help but laugh: "Moving into the temple? What are you, a dragon guarding a treasure trove?"

Ophis tilted her head: "Is that not allowed?"

Noah embraced the petite Ophis and replied, "Sleep here if you want. Just make sure you don't touch anything inside—it's very important to me."

One more Ophis sleeping here was no big deal.

A smile appeared on Ophis's adorable face: "I'm not interested in those things."

Noah lowered his head and kissed Ophis on the lips.

"I thought you two would sleep for at least a few decades."

By now, both Ophis and the Red Dragon God Emperor had adapted to the Teyvat Universe. As embodiments of Truth, their power had risen to the level of a Holy God.

They now held full proxy authority over the Ouroboros Truth of the Teyvat Universe.

The title of Holy God denotes one who exercises partial authority on behalf of Noah, the Heavenly Principle.

And Truth is the greatest Authority in the entire universe.

The Red Dragon God Emperor held full authority over the Dream Truth.

Phanes held full authority over Pan-Human History.

Mio held full authority over Kabbalah.

There was also the Solar Core Sovereignty, a power more important than a Supreme God but beneath a Holy God.

However, the Solar Core Sovereignty had been fragmented by Noah. Only when reassembled could it be exercised in full.

This model of holding full authority over segments of the universe was akin to the Full-Authority Domain of the Little Garden's 2-Digits.

That said, in the Teyvat Universe, the title of Holy God carried far more weight than a Little Garden 2-Digit.

Ophis didn't respond. She simply closed her eyes in Noah's embrace. One, two, three—she was asleep.

To Ophis, Noah's side was the most comfortable place to sleep.

Noah broke into a sweat. He had serious work to do and couldn't just nap beside her.

With a thought, he sliced off a fragment of the Dimensional Gap and placed the sleeping Ophis within it.

"Hmm… now this really looks like one of those old men keeping a goldfish tank in their living room."

Meanwhile, within the Cosmic Nexus, both the Infinite Dragon God and Red Dragon God Emperor ascended silently to the rank of Holy God.

To the gods, the rank of Holy God was so high that it was akin to air: essential, but rarely noticed.

Even most Supreme Gods paid little attention to it.

Only Primary Gods noticed such changes.

But even they felt it was only natural for those two embodiments of Truth to ascend.

All remained calm.

...

Noah walked deeper into the Temple of Truth.

Phanes had always stood guard over the Temple of Truth. Even though nothing could go wrong here, her stubbornness was baffling.

This was the convergence point of Human History, like a galactic river of starlight. At its center sat a supreme divine throne, with the river revolving around it in perfect harmony.

The goddess sat on the throne with eyes closed. The moment she sensed someone approaching, her eyes opened, revealing reflections of galaxies within—then returned to their usual golden hue.

There was something curious about this.

Because Noah was the will of the universe, his eyes were golden. The stronger a god became, the more their eyes resembled his.

And since Noah liked all kinds of eye colors, the gods' eyes only turned golden when they exerted their full power.

Phanes's golden eyes gradually faded back to black.

"You're here. Are you preparing to initiate the Divine Collective Gift Game for selecting Pseudo Star Map Creation candidates?"

Noah rubbed his forehead helplessly. "Why are you always so impatient? You weren't this enthusiastic when we were making babies."

Phanes responded matter-of-factly, "Universe evolution is more important."

Noah shrugged. "Fair enough." With a thought, he transmitted the reason to her telepathically.

Phanes widened her eyes slightly and slowly stood from the throne. "No wonder you stopped me. So that's the reason."

Noah chided, "That's why you need to slow down, or you'll end up grabbing sesame seeds and dropping the watermelon."

Phanes bowed her head in shame. "You're right, my husband."

Then she looked up.

"Very well. I'll summon the gods to the divine realm to begin the annexation of the third grand world."

Noah sighed. "You really didn't listen at all, did you?" He waved his hand.

"Fine, fine. This time, only the gods may participate. Quasi-Gods are excluded."
