If the people really just cleaned up the zombies and left, then the first floor would still have some zombies from outside.
However, even though it was open, the first floor doesn't have any zombies at all.
So if the people didn't just leave, then it's highly likely that there were indeed people living in the building who would regularly clean up the zombies.
"Just as I thought, that might really be the case. Then, we should be more careful in case there are really people living here," Astrid said while sweeping the floor.
"Yes, but you guys don't need to worry too much.
We won't be going out of this apartment while it's raining, and we would only go out after the rain stops.
So as long as no one bothers us while we are here, then there won't be any problem," Luciel said while taking out his phone to watch something.
