It was 8 p.m., and the sky had just turned pitch-dark. Outside the campus, the flow of people was like a weaving loom, still bustling.
At the north gate of Ming University, Gu Ping was quietly waiting at the entrance with Lin Teng and Bai Jingjing in the familiar car. This time, neither of them dared to say an extra word, for fear of upsetting He Qing again.
He Qing wasn't actually that petty; upon seeing the two, she still smiled amiably. However, Lin Teng and Bai Jingjing no longer dared to question her openness.
After He Qing got in the car, she snuggled up to Changan, "Take us somewhere with fewer people, preferably with more trees."
Gu Ping nodded, started the car without another word. Sitting in the back, He Qing asked the two beside her, "Did you bring the rest of the meat over?"
Bai Jingjing kept nodding, "We brought it."
She pointed towards the direction of the trunk, "But we didn't bring the head, what should we do?"
