At the forest edge, near the coast, a faint rumbling sound was carried through the air.
The noise was subtle, but considering it had traveled so far, one could surmise that a significant event must have unfolded at the source, creating the echo of the rumbling.

Reiger turned toward the direction of the disturbance, his eyes flashing with a clear luster.
"What's wrong?"
"Is something happening?"
Though Altoria and Alberon were a step slower than Reiger, as fairies with generally more acute senses than humans, even if they weren't of the wind clan, they successively noticed the anomaly, one after another.
"[Clairvoyance]."
After contemplating for a moment, Reiger activated the sensory enhancement magic he had used in Salisbury, stretching his vision towards the coast.
Regrettably, his gaze was met with a dense fog; the mist nearly filled his entire field of view, leaving visibility extremely low.
