The mighty and boisterous guffaws of Orcs, telling distorted stories of battle, intermingle with the scent of roasted meats and spiced ale, which hangs thick in the air. Fur-clad and clawed Demi-humans thump the table and cheer for a particularly heated dice game, their eyes shining under the lantern light.
Elves twirl their glasses of spirits with sharp elven grace, wearing well-deserved smiles and blushing cheeks. Dwarf-like tree creatures known as Hojo speak with each other in babbling and giggling voices. As Einsamer Stern, I knew these Hoja loved to gossip about other species.
