Alex returned to the house after the broadcast, and time passed.
"Let's go," Alex said as got up from his seat as the warm light of the [Fox Tribe Village] filtered in through the windows.
His voice carried a calm certainty, but it was the kind that made everyone in the room go silent.
"Alera, Lilith, Arcelia… you three can come to Earth now."
They had been talking for a while, hours, in fact, ever since the broadcast ended.
At first, it had been celebratory chatter, relieved laughter, and joyful hugs.
But now that the high had settled, and the truth behind what had just happened started to sink in, their expressions slowly sobered.
"Oh…" Aurelia mumbled, her golden eyes widening as the implications hit her like a brick, "That's right… all the entities in Universal Descent… they can now come to Earth…"
"Not just Universal Descent," Alex chuckled softly, though there wasn't much humor behind it, "The twenty-four other planets too."
