Wolfram laughed as he looked up at the sky, then sneered as he turned his gaze back to All Might.
"But I never expected that, under the effects of David Shield's invention, these Quirks would grow so much stronger!"
He let out a mocking chuckle, his expression filled with amusement.
"It's just a shame that even with this newfound power, these Quirks, boosted by the device still haven't evolved like my own."
"But… the strength given to me by David Shield is more than enough to kill you and those brats! Hahahahaha!"
The next moment, the metal on the battlefield surged once again. At the same time, Wolfram tore off his windbreaker and charged toward All Might himself.

"They're… so strong!" Midoriya raised his arm to shield himself as he shouted to Uraraka.
"This reminds me of the attack on USJ… except this battle is even more intense," Todoroki muttered, using his flames to melt the frost on his body.
"Damn it!"
Bakugo clenched his aching arm in frustration, his teeth grinding as he watched the battle unfold.
"We can't even get involved!"
Kaminari narrowed his eyes, deep in thought. Something was off. He couldn't put his finger on it, but it felt like all of them, including All Might, had overlooked something crucial.
"But what was it?"
His train of thought was interrupted when he noticed the pain on Bakugo's face. Pushing his doubts aside for now, he reached into his Coat and pulled out a syringe.
"Hah?! What the hell is that?!"
Ignoring Bakugo's irritated glare, Kaminari smirked.
"Your arm's hurting, right? This is a powerful painkiller—it should help."
"Tch, I don't need it. Get that thing away from me!" Bakugo scoffed, turning his head away in defiance.
Kaminari couldn't help but chuckle at his typical stubbornness. "Oh? So you're just gonna stand here and watch while we keep fighting?"
"If you're feeling tired and want to sit this one out, then fine, don't use it." He shrugged and retracted his arm.
"Ugh, so annoying!"
Barely a second later, Bakugo snatched the syringe, jamming it into his arm with an irritated grunt.
"Without me, you idiots would never beat that bastard!"
Kirishima grinned and gave him a thumbs-up. "That's the spirit, Bakugo!"
"Shut up, you damn redhead!" Bakugo barked back, clearly embarrassed.
"Heh… hehehe," Kaminari shook his head with a laugh, then turned his focus back to the battle.
At the same time, he noticed something peculiar—his Electricity Absorbing Quirk had remained active this entire time.
"Alright… time to test something out."
Taking a few steps forward, he caught the attention of Jiro, Momo, and the others.
ZZZT! ZZZT! ZZZT!
Kaminari raised both hands, facing his palms toward each other with only a ten-centimeter gap between them.
Immediately, arcs of golden lightning burst forth, crackling between his hands. The sound of Raikiri's signature high-pitched chirping filled the air.
"Kaminari, what are you—?" Jiro stared at him in shock.
But Kaminari didn't respond—he was fully focused on refining his Quirk's control.
ZZZT! ZZZT! ZZZT!
His classmates watched in awe as the dark golden electricity in Kaminari's palms began to form a solid connection, gathering at a rapid pace.
Snap!
Then, in an instant, Kaminari clapped his hands together.
Shing—!
Just as Momo was about to ask what he was doing, Kaminari slowly spread his palms apart again.
A golden energy sword, formed from high-voltage electricity, materialized between them!
"I… did it!" Kaminari grinned.
But just as he reached out to grasp the hilt.
CRACK!
The sword suddenly shattered, dissipating into scattered sparks. His face stiffened.
"...That didn't last long."
"Did it fail?" Todoroki asked, his expression neutral.
But deep inside, he was stunned. Can Kaminari's Quirk actually manipulate electricity to form weapons?!
"Fail?"
Kaminari thought for a moment, then glanced at Kyoka's worried face before flashing a confident grin.
"Failure doesn't exist for me!"
ZZZT! ZZZT! ZZZT!
He activated Raikiri once again, bringing his palms together before slowly pulling them apart.
This time, the golden energy sword reappeared, brighter and more stable than before.
Carefully, Kaminari gripped the hilt.
One second… two seconds… three seconds… ten seconds passed.
The sword remained intact.
With a deep breath, Kaminari raised the blade, then swung it forward.
Shing—!
A brilliant golden arc slashed through the air. The sword sliced cleanly through the steel-plated ground beneath his feet, just like a knife through soft wood.
Its cutting power wasn't as extreme as Raikiri, but for slicing through steel and metal, it was perfect.
"Success!"
Kyoka was the first to cheer, her voice filled with excitement. She didn't fully understand the sword's capabilities, but all that mattered was that Kaminari had done it.
Kirishima grinned. "That was awesome! What's it called?"
"A name…?"
Kaminari glanced down at the glowing blade in his hand, then turned to look at All Might, still battling fiercely in the distance.
"The Ame-no-Murakumo Sword!"
"Huh?" Midoriya blinked in confusion. "Isn't that a legendary artifact from history?"
"That's right, it's the sword of the gods!" Kaminari grinned.
"And I'll make sure it lives up to its name! Now then… I'm going in!"
Crack!
The next second, Kaminari activated High-Voltage Shock Mode. With his Ame-no-Murakumo Sword gleaming in his grasp, he became a streak of golden light, rushing into battle.
"Kaminari!!!"
"Damn it, that bastard's charging in first again!" Bakugo growled.
BOOM!
Flames erupted as explosions sent him hurtling into the air, his silhouette outlined against the moonlit sky.
Meanwhile, Todoroki summoned a massive iceberg, freezing everything in his path as he re-entered the fray.
The battle… was far from over!
