The universal system of Awakeners was steeped in mystery.
Or rather, it was the Mark of Origin itself that was so enigmatic.
After all, it was necessary to awaken the Mark of Origin first—it was the seed that birthed one's class and the universal system. It was also the reason Awakeners could access the fantastical world known as the Land of Origin.
On the system panel, this was simply called a gift.
Gifts.
Michael had always been curious about that tab, especially when he discovered on the forums that it was possible to have more than just the Mark of Origin listed there.
Unfortunately, his authority level was far too low to research such mysteries in depth.
Perhaps when he advanced in rank, that would change.
The Mark of Origin created the Awakener system—of which the status screen was merely one part. And though the status display didn't show everything about an Awakener, it revealed almost everything else.
