"Are… are you serious?" Charles asked, his voice faltering as doubt crept in. He couldn't shake the fear that Augustine was playing some cruel game with his feelings.
To his utter shock, Augustine gave a slow, deliberate nod. His gaze didn't waver.
"I want us to make out," he said, voice low and heated. "But only if you're game."
"Game?" Charles scoffed, arching a brow with a sarcastic roll of his eyes. "Babe, I've been practically begging you to sleep with me since forever, and now you decide to bring it up?"
Charles lips curled into a wicked smile as he stepped closer, voice dipping into a sultry purr.
