Amidst the colonnades shrouded in darkness and fear, the Holy War Army was besieged, dense shadows enveloping them like a massive curtain, surrounded by waves of demons and demonized knights, as if surging from Hell.
Demons emerging from the depths of the shadows took on myriad forms, some twisted in body with fierce fangs and claws, some exuding a suffocating stench and poisonous fumes, others engulfed in flames, turning everything they touched to charcoal.
Among these demons materializing fear, there were twisted knights and unidentified possessors warped by demon souls, transformed into beings of immense strength and lightning speed under the demons' influence.
The eyes of demonized knights were hollow, their faces distorted and grotesque, wielding weapons bestowed with demonic wild power, coldly intending to slay their former comrades, perhaps seeing their fellow warriors as the true brutal human enemy.
