As they spoke, their emotions grew more intense, and gradually, they no longer looked disheartened. Some who stood close to Lin Fu even whispered apologies to her, and heartfelt words just flowed out freely.
Lin Fu blinked her sour eyes blankly, watching as the crowd, who had just been scolded by the dean without uttering a word, now boldly argued with the dean, not wanting her to take the blame alone.
And those quietly apologizing next to her.
Surrounded by various voices, Lin Fu felt very unfamiliar, and there was some noise, but a warm current slowly slid through her heart.
"Sister Fu, our captain said that while she's not here, we should follow your lead," Charlie whispered. "Also, we want to thank you on behalf of our captain for saving her."
