Aaron sat on his bed with his phone in hand, he brushed his hand in his hair when he rang Mina the third time.
" C'mon princess, pick up," he muttered to himself.
He was desperate for the call, he didn't want her to misunderstand anything that was going on. Naarah's words kept ringing in her head and that wasn't helping.
His cousin was crazy and he knew what she could do.
He was about to call her when Mina called.
"'Princess,"
He mentioned her name as a prayer. He'd missed her.
" Aaron, h-hi."
He could hear the awkwardness in her tone.
"I'm sorry I couldn't explain what was going on and I rushed out on you. I'm such a jerk. I am ready to explain everything."
"It's fine, Aaron. Naarah explained what was going on."
"Don't believe anything that cousin of mine said, princess. Yes, we were engaged but that doesn't mean anything, princess. She is not going to be the mother of my children. You are." Aaron said.
Mina's heart flutters,
"I'm going to be the mother of your children?" Mina asked, she wanted to hear it from his mouth again.
"Aaron?"
Aaron turned groan, he never thought he'd be pissed by the voice of Amanda.
He turned to look at her, he paused when he saw what she was wearing. A spaghetti strips lace sheer.
" What do you want , Amanda?"Aaron asked
" I couldn't sleep." Amanda said while fidgeting with her fingers .
She looked at her feet, before looking at Aaron.
" I will call you back , Aaron." Mina said.
Her voice startled Aaron.
" M-
He couldn't finish his words when the call was disconnected. He clutched his jaw. His hand tighten around his phone before getting up from his bed scrutinising Amanda.
" Why are you dressed like this in my room?" he asked whith his arms crossed.
Amada played with the hem of her nightgown, she raised her head. Her eyes wet with tears. She looked offended.
" That was what the guard gave me. I had no idea you were going to be pissed off, Aaron. I'm sorry."
She sniffed back her tears.
Aaron sigh, he couldn't be mad at her.
" Why can't you sleep?"
" I keep on dreaming about everything I've been through. I feel like they are going to find me, Aaron." Amanda cried.
" Come here." Aaron said spreading his hand.
Amanda rushed towards him pressing her breasts on his chest.
She also tighten her hands around him.
" I'm so scared, Aaron."she muttered.
Aaron pulled her away from him.
" Can I sleep with you tonight."
" You can't." Aaron snapped.
Amanda took a step back.
" This is not going to be the first time we sleep on the same bed, Aaron."
" I know that but, this isn't right , Amanda. It isn't."
" How about we do this, you-I can sleep on the couch."she suggested.
Aaron looked at her. What was she trying to do because this wasn't the Amanda he knew. Mina isn't going to be happy with this and he'd plan not fuck up.
" I will help you sleep."
